Paneer Chapati Roll – पनीर चपाती रोल – Quick & Easy Snack/Tiffin Recipe

Bring a twist in the regular food just by changing the way it looks or the way it is served and it becomes an interesting and innovative recipe. Serve Paneer Chapati Roll to your children as breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, dinner or even pack them as a school tiffin / lunch box!

Ingredients:
1 cup पनीर
धनिया के पत्ते
1/2 cup पुदीने के पत्ते
1 पियाज़
1/2 tspअदरक और मिर्च का पेस्ट
1/2 tsp चाट मसाला
नमक
नींबू
चपाती

Method:
– Mix well paneer, coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion, ginger chiili paste, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice in a bowl
– Take a chapati and place the paneer filling on the side on which ghee is not applied on the chapati
– Roll the chapati and on a heated pan roast the chapati on all sides after brushing some oil or butter
– Serve hot with any dipping sauce of your choice
