Paneer Butter Masala Recipe In Hindi – पनीर बटर मसाला | Restaurant Syle | Swaad Anusaar With Seema

Paneer Butter Masala is one of the most famous paneer dish in India. It is delicious creamy and smooth paneer gravy. It is combined with roti, naan or phulka. So watch and learn how to make Paneer butter masala at home with chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar

Ingredients
– 2 tbsp of butter
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 3 green chillies
– 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
– 4 chopped tomatoes
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp butter
– 1 tsp of red chilli powder
– 1 tsp of coriander powder
– few coriander leaves
– tomato puree
– 10-15 cashew nuts
– paneer cubes
– 100 gms of cream
– 1 tbsp of dry kasori methi
– water

Method
– In a pan add some butter and let it melt.
– Add cinnamon sticks, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
– Add chopped tomatoes and mix it properly and let it cook well.
– Now add some salt to it.
– Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down.
– Add it into the grinder and blend it properly.
– Put the mixture through the sieve.
– In the pan add butter, red chilli powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves and tomato puree.
– Let the gravy boil for sometime.
– In a blender add soaked cashewnuts and blend it into a paste.
– Add the cashew paste into the gravy.
– Add paneer cubes to the gravy
– Add cream in the gravy
– When the gravy boils turn off the flame and aadd the dry roasted kasoori methi and coriander leaves to the gravy
– Paneer Butter Masala is ready to be served!
