Paneer is loved by all! So here is a special treat for all the Paneer lovers. Make easy to make yummy & delicious Paneer Bhurji at home with Chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar.

Ingredients
– 2tbsp Oil
– 2 chopped onions
– 3 chopped tomatoes
– grated ginger
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp red chilli powder
– water
– green peas
– Paneer/ Cottage Cheese
– Chopped Capsicum
– Tomato Ketchup
– Green Chillies
– Coriander leaves

Method
– In a pan heat oil and add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, grated ginger, salt, red chilli powder and water.
– Once the tomatoes cook, add green peas and let it cook for some time, cover the pan with a lid.
– Once it is cooked, add Paneer, capsicum, water, tomato ketchup, green chillies and coriander leaves.
– Paneer Bhurji is ready to be served!
