One Pot Pasta – वन पॉट पास्ता – Easy To Make Homemade Pasta Recipe – Swaad Anusaar

One Pot Pasta – An easy, hassle-free and extremely delicious recipe. This delectable one pot spaghetti calls for a variety of flavourful ingredients that blend beautifully and the best part being, this customizable meal is cooked entirely in one pot, thus saves on the washing up.

Ingredients:
125 gm स्पघेटी
1 से 2 लहसुन की कलियाँ (कुटी हुई)
1/2 टमाटर (कटा हुआ)
बेसिल के पत्ते
1/2 tbsp सूखे चाइव्ज
1 tsp सूखा ऑरेगैनो
चिली फ्लेक्स
1/2 व्हेजिटेबल स्टॉक क्यूब
पानी
100 gm मशरूम्स (कटे हुए)
नमक स्वादानुसार
काली मिर्च स्वादानुसार

गार्निश:
अरुगुला के पत्ते
पामेजान चीज

Method:
– Boil water in a pot and add the spaghetti.
– Add the vegetable stock cube, chopped tomato, garlic and chopped basil leaves and let it cook. As it is cooking, push the spaghetti down.
– Add oregano, chives and the chopped mushrooms to the water.
– Add salt to taste and keep stirring from time to time.
– Add the chili flakes (optional).
– Let the pasta cook and absorb the water until very little water remains in the pot. At this stage, turn off the flame.
– Serve the pasta in a nice bowl and garnish with few arugula leaves and grated parmesan cheese.
