Ingredients
– 2-3 tbsp of ghee
– 1 cup of sugar
– 2-3 cups of water
– 2 cup of sewaiyan/ vermicelli
– 1 tsp cardamom powder
– 1 tsp powdered fennel seeds

Method
– In a pan melt some ghee.
– In other pan add sugar and water and let it boil.
– Add sewai in the ghee and roast them until it turns brown.
– Add the sweet water to the roasted sewai and cover it with lid let it cook for 15 minutes.
– Add cardamom powder and fennel seed powder.
– Meethi Sewai is ready to be served
