Ingredients :
– 1 kg of curd / दही
– 5 tbsp of sugar ( depends on taste ) / शक्कर
– Pulp of 2 Mangoes / आम
– 3- 4 Cardamom/ इलायची
– 2 tbsp Almonds /इलायची
– 2 tbsp Pistachio / पिस्ता

Method
– Place the curd in a cloth and remove the excess water. Hang it and keep it aside for 2 hours.
– In the curd add sugar and mix well then add mango pulp to it. Whisk it until its smooth
– Now add Cardamom, Almonds, and Pistachio
Mango Shrikhand is ready to be served!
