Ingredients
– oil
– 2 chopped onions
– 1 tsp salt
– ginger garlic paste
– 3 chopped tomatoes
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp red chilli powder
– turmeric
– green chillies
– cumin powder
– water
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– coriander leaves
– cream
– boiled eggs

Method
– In a pan add oil, onion and salt and let it cook.
– Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, green chillies, jeera powder and water and mix well.
– Add coriander powder, coriander leaves and cream.
– Add coriander leaves and boiler eggs.
– Malai Ande is ready to be served.
