oil – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1/2 cup
Pinch of salt
Garlic – 1/2 tsp
Ginger – 1/2 tsp
Cashews – 1 tbsp
Melon Seeds – 1 tbsp
Black Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tbsp
Green Cardamom – 2-3
Green Chillies – 2-3
Water (as required)

How to make malai aloo masala
Oil – 1 tbsp
Bay Leaf – 1
Cinnamon Stick – 1 inch
Gravy base
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Yellow Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Desiccated Coconut – 1 tsp
Salt As per taste
Water (as required)
Fried Potatoes
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves Powder – 1/4 tsp
Kewra Water – 1/2 tsp

For Garnish
Fresh Cream
Coriander Leaves
Dried Fenugreek Leaves Powder
Edible Silver Leaf
