Lemon Pancakes – English Breakfast Recipe – How To Make Lemon Pancake | Pancake Recipe By Seema

This Valentine’s Day treat your special someone with a warm English-style breakfast “Lemon Pancakes”. They taste delicious when served with a dollop of butter and a drizzle of honey. They indeed make for a very special breakfast.

Ingredients:
1 cup refined flour (maida)
3 tsp sugar
salt
1½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp lemon rind
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
A dollop of Butter
2-3 tbsp Honey

Method:
In a bowl add 1 cup refined flour (maida), 3 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt, 1½ tsp baking powder, 1 tsp lemon rind and mix it well.

Now add the wet ingredients, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 2 tbsp butter, 1 cup milk and whisk it nicely. Make sure that there are no lumps in it.

Rest the batter aside for 20-25 mins.

Grease a hot pan with little butter, pour the batter onto it, and cook the pancakes from both sides.

Repeat the procedure and prepare the rest of the pancakes.

Healthy and delicious Lemon Pancakes are ready for breakfast.
