शेफ सीमा लेके आयी है उनके पिताजी जी की Favourite लंगर वाली दाल की रेसिपी। लंगर दाल गुरूद्वारे में बनायीं जाती है इसलिए इसे Langar Wali Dal कहते है. इसे माँ छोले की दाल भी कहते है क्युकी इसमें उड़द दाल और चना दाल है। आप भी ये दाल जरूर बनाके देखे और हमे Comments लिख भेजे आपकी रेसिपी कैसे बनी.

Ingredients ( सामग्री ) –
For Making Dal
1/2 cup Black Lentils (Soaked) / उड़द दाल
1/4 Cup Gram Dal (Soaked) / चना दाल
3 Cups Water / पानी
Salt / नमक
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder / हल्दी पाउडर
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp Ginger (chopped) / अदरक
2 Green Chillies (Chopped) / हरी मिर्च
2 Black Cardamom / काली इलायची
1 Bay Leaf / तेज पत्ता

For Making Tadka
1 Tbsp Ghee / घी
2 Cinnamon Sticks / दालचीनी
1 tsp Cumin Seeds / जीरा
2 Onion (chopped) / प्याज
Salt / नमक
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste / अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट
2 Tomatoes (chopped) / टमाटर
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Coriander Leaves / धनिये के पत्ते
1/2 tsp Garam Masala / गरम मसाला
1 Cup Milk / दूध
