Ingredients:
Mawa
Sugar
Saffron Strands
Milk
Pista
Method:
– On a low flame, add mawa in a pan and allow it to cook for a minute.
– Add saffron milk to this mawa (1 tbsp milk + saffron strands)
– Mix well.
– Once cooked allow the mawa mixture to cool down.
– Add sugar and mix well along with pista.
– Make pedas out of the mixture.
– Kesar Malai Peda is ready to be served.
