Kaddu Ki Sabzi Recipe In Hindi | Navratri Special Fasting Recipe | Swaad Anusaar With Seema

Navratri is here and if you are fasting during this auspiscious festival you should definitely make Kaddu ki Sabzi at home. So with step by step demonstration learn how to make delicious Kaddu Ki Sabzi with chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar.

Ingredients
2-3 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp of mustard seeds
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
1/2 tsp black-cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
2-3 chopped green chillies
1/2 kg of pumpkin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
pinch of turmeric powder
2-3 tsp tamarind pulp
1/2 tsp of sugar
coriander leaves

Method
– In a pan heat some oil and then add fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds, cumin seeds,black-cumin seeds,bay leaf,green chillies and chopped pumpkin
– Mix everything properly
– Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder
– Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame
– Add tamarind pulp, sugar and cover the lid and let it cook for few minutes
– Garnish it with coriander leaves
– Kaddu Ki Sabzi is ready to be served
