Jeera Rice Recipe In Hindi – जीरा राइस | Easy To Make Cumin Rice Recipe | Swaad Anusaar With Seema

Jeera rice or Zeera rice is an Indian dish consisting of rice and cumin seeds.It taste wonderful with dal tadka or dal fry. It is considered as one of the popular rice recipes in restaurants. So watch and learn only on Swaad Anusaar.

Ingredients
– 2 tbsp of ghee
– 1 tbsp of Ginger
– 3- 4 bay leaves
– 2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
– 8-9 cloves
– 10 black pepper
– 4 green chillies
– 2 tbsp of cumin seeds
– 3 chopped onions
– salt to taste
– 3 cups of water
– 2.5 cup of rice soaked in water
– few coriander leaves

Method
– Turn on the flame and add ghee once it is heated add ginger, bay leaves,cinnamon Sticks, cloves, black pepper, green chillies, cumin seeds and cook it well
– Add onions and stir it for a while.
– Add salt, water and once the water boils add rice (soaked in water for 15 minutes)
– Check if the rice is cooked and add more water and let it cook for more 10 minutes.
– Jeera rice is ready to be served.
– Add coriander to garnish it.
