Ingredients
200 gms Gud
150 gms Sesame Seeds
Salt As Required
2 tsp Cardamom Powder
4 – 5 tbsp Ghee
For Dough
Wheat Flour (For Dough & Dusting)
Water
Method
– Make regular dough of wheat flour.
– Roll them in the form of paratha.
– Apply ghee to it.
– Sprinkle a pinch of salt.
– Add crushed gud over the paratha.
– Also sprinkle toasted white sesame seeds.
– Roll them.
– Apply white sesame seeds and wheat flour over the top and shape them in the form of paratha.
– Cook the paratha over the pan and apply ghee.
– Delicious Tilgul Paratha is ready to be served!
