Bite into this crispy and delicious sandwich and feel the awesomeness of melted chocolate made with healthy whole wheat bread. Chocolate sandwich is a tempting breakfast / snack recipe that you can make for kids as well as adults. Chef Abhilasha Chandak teaches how to make this simple and quick homemade grilled chocolate sandwich recipe.

Ingredients:-

Whole Wheat Bread
Butter
¼ cup hot cream
½ cup chopped chocolate
Hazelnuts
Rainbow sprinklers
Slab of Dark Chocolate
Chocolate Topping Sauce

Method:-

For Sandwich:-
Slice the edges of the brown bread. Take ¼ cup hot cream and ½ cup chopped chocolate in a bowl and make a ganache. Apply butter to one side of the bread slice. Roast Hazelnuts in a pan till they turn brown. After the Hazelnuts are roasted grind them coarsely.
Apply the ganache to the other side of the bread slice and sprinkle the roasted hazelnuts on top of it. Place the butter side of bread on top.

For Grilling:-
Take a griller/toaster/grilled pan/tawa and heat it. Grease some butter and place the sandwiches on top. Grease the top of the sandwich with butter and flip the sandwich. Grease the top with butter again.

For Decoration:-
Take the slab of dark chocolate and peel it with a peeler. Drizzle the plate with the chocolate sauce and place the sandwiches on top. Sprinkle with some rainbow sprinklers and your delicious chocolate sandwich is ready to be served.
