Popcorn chicken is a tasty, crispy way to enjoy juicy, white meat chicken. Cut into bite size pieces that you can easily pop in your mouth, they’re ideal for dipping in your favorite sauce or condiment, such as barbecue sauce or honey mustard. Ingredients

300 gms Boneless Chicken
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Cornflour
Celery
1 cup Oats
1 Cup Maida
2 Eggs

Method

– In a bowl mix red chilli powder, garlic powder, black pepper powder, corn flour, celery, salt to taste along with boneless chicken.
– Marinate it and keep it a side for 30 minutes.
– For the coating, mix maida, oats, celery, salt, red chili powder and black pepper powder.
– Heat oil in a pan.
– Coat the chicken first in maida, then in egg yolks and later in the oats mixture.
– Fry them in oil on a low flame.
– Serve it hot!
