Ingredients:-
¼ cup Oil
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Buttermilk (Watery consistency)
1 cup Refined flour (Maida)
½ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
4 tsp. Instant Coffee Powder
1 tbsp. Corn Flour

Method:-
1. Take off the rubber ring and whistle of the pressure cooker preheat the it for 15 minutes on a medium flame.
2. In a bowl add oil and sugar. Mix using a whisk.
3. Add buttermilk and whisk again.
4. Sieve through maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt, instant coffee powder and cornflour. Mix well using the whisk.
5. Grease and dust the cake tin and pour the batter in it.
6. Put the tin in the cooker for 40 minutes and cover the lid.

Pressure Cooker Cake is ready to eat!
