Hara Bhara Kebab – हरा भरा कबाब – Easy To Make Vegetarian Starter Recipe

Hara Bhara Kebab – A very simple and easy to cook quick homemade starter recipe. Rich in nutrients and filled with green veggies, this starter is simply delectable and filling.

Ingredients:

पालक
मेथी
1/2 cup पुदीना
1/2 cup हरी फली (बारीक कटी)
1/2 cup शिमला मिर्च (बारीक कटी)
1/2 cup गोभी (बारीक कटा)
1/2 cup ग्रेटेड पनीर
1/2 cup मटर (उबले और क्रश किये)
1 – 1 & 1/2 tsp अदरक मिर्च का पेस्ट
1 tsp जीरा पाउडर
2-3 tbsp मकई का आटा
2-3 tsp शक्कर
नमक
2 उबले और मैश किए हुए आलू
तेल

Method:
– Heat a tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry the vegetables, capsicum, french beans, cabbage, green peas.
– Turn off the flame and let it cool
– Meanwhile in a bowl add mashed potato, spinach leaves, fenugreek leaves, mint leaves, ginger chilli paste, cumin seed powder, sugar, paneer, cornflour, salt and the cooled down vegetables and mix everything well.
– Make flat round kababs out of the kabab mix dough and deep fry them in medium flame
– Fry both the sides till light golden brown and its ready to be served
