Learn how to make Gobi Paratha, an easy breakfast recipe with chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar

There are so many types of Parathas, and if Gobi Paratha is one of your favorite Paratha then here is the the best recipe for making delicious Gobi Paratha at home only on Swaad Anusaar.

Ingredients
One medium size cauliflower
One and a half onion diced
Coriander leaves
One teaspoon grated ginger
Two finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt according to taste
Ghee
Wheat dough

Method
– Mix all the above ingredients for the cauliflower stuffing.
– Knead the wheat flour without any salt or oil.
– Roll out a bowl of dough and put the cauliflower stuffing.
– Once this is done dust the stuffed dough in wheat flour and roll it out on the paratha.
– Cook the paratha on a hot skillet and once the paratha is almost getting done drizzle it with ghee on both the sides to make it crisp
