French Fries are the most loved fast food worldwide. French fries are served hot and generally eaten as snacks. French fries are generally salted and served with ketchup or cheese dip

Ingredients:
आलू / Potato
तेल / Oil
नमक / Salt
काली मिर्च / Black Pepper

METHOD:
– Slice the potatoes using a slicer and pour them in ice-cold water for about 10 mins
– Heat water in a pot and put a sieve on it
– Place the french fries on the sieve, cover them and let it cook for 2 mins.
– Put the steamed potatoes on a cloth to dry them up and dab them with the cloth to dry out the potatoes.
– Once dried, fill them in a zip pouch and let it refrigerate for 15 mins.
– Heat oil and deep fry the frozen potatoes.
– Take them out on a kitchen town to remove the excess oil.
– Sprinkle some salt and pepper when they are hot and mix them well with light hands.
– The crispy homemade french fries is ready to be served hot with ketchup or cheese dip.
