Ingredients:-
Egg
Salt
1 tsp. Mixed herbs seasoning
1 tsp. Black pepper powder
Oil
Leftover Rotis

For Assembling:-
Schezwan Sauce
Tomato Ketchup
Onions, finely chopped
Capsicum, finely chopped
Tomato deseeded and finely chopped
Spring Onion Greens, finely chopped
Processed Cheese

Method:-
1. In a bowl, whisk an egg, salt, mixed herbs seasoning and black pepper powder together.
2. In a pan heat oil and pour the beaten egg and spice mixture on it.
3. Place the leftover roti on the mixture and roast properly on both sides.
4. Take the roti off the pan and apply schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup to it.
5. Add onions, capsicum, tomato, spring onion greens and processed cheese and roll the roti into a Frankie tightly.
6. Wrap in an aluminium foil.
