Ingredients

4 Eggs
Salt
Black Pepper
Olives
Spring Onion Leaves
Walnuts
Mayonnaise
Iceberg

Method

– In a bowl add boiled eggs, salt, black pepper, olives, spring onion leaves and walnuts. Mix them well.
– Add mayonnaise to the egg mixture and mix everything well.
– In bread slices, place iceberg and top it with the egg mixture.
– Cut them in to pieces and delicious egg mayo sandwich is ready to be served!
