Egg Masala is a spicy and yummy curry with boiled eggs in it.It makes a perfect gravy dish which can combined with rice or roti. So watch and learn how to make egg masala with Seema only on Swaad Anusaar

Ingredients
– 2 to 3 tbsp of oil
– 6 boiled eggs 
– 2 medium size onions diced
– 4 tomatoes pureed
– 2 to 3 tsp garlic ginger paste
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp red chilli powder
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1 tsp coriander powder 
– I tsp jeera powder
– 1/2 cup of water
– Few coriander leaves
– 1/2 capsicum
– 1/2 tsp garam masala

Method
– Heat oil in a pan
– Add onions and cook till they turn pink and add salt to it.
– Add tomato puree and let them cook, later add garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder, sugar and water.
– Add dhaniya powder, jeera powder, coriander leaves and capsicum
– Mash 1 boiled egg and add to masala
– Add boiled eggs to masala and then add garam masala.
