Ingredients
water
4-5 anjeer / dry figs
8-10 almonds
kesar/ saffron strands
6 tsp sugar
2-3 cinnamon
2.5 glass of chilled milk
Method
– Turn on the gas and in a saucepan add water, dry figs, almonds, saffron strands, sugar and crushed cinnamon and let it boil for 5-6 minutes.
– Once done let the mixture cool down.
– Grind the mixture into the blender.
– Mix it properly and grind until the almonds get crushed properly.
– Add chilled milk to it and grind it again.
– Dry Fruit Milkshake is ready to be served.
