Ingredients:-
For Greasing And Dusting:-
Oil
Refined Flour (Maida)

For The Cake Batter:-
1 cup Semolina
¾ cup Jaggery Powder
¼ cup Melted Ghee
⅛ cup Milk
¼ tsp. Cardamom Powder
¼ tsp. Baking Powder
⅛ tsp. Baking Soda

Method:-
1. Grease and dust a cake tin with oil and refined flour.
2. Roast semolina in a pan on low flame until golden brown and let it cool down in a bowl.
3. Once cooled down to room temperature add grated cucumber to it and mix well.
4. Now add jaggery powder, melted ghee, milk and cardamom powder.
5. Mix using a whisk and add baking powder and baking soda.
6. Pour the batter into the cake tin and level it properly.
7. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes and bake for 20-25 minutes.
