Ingredients

Oil
Asafoetida
Cumin
Mustard Seeds
Curry Leaves
Ginger Garlic Paste
Green Chillies
Onions
Salt
Tomatoes
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder
Water
Corn
Capsicum
Coriander Powder
Garam Masala
Rice
Coriander Leaves

Method:

– Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and fry them well.
– Add onions and salt. Mix them well.
– Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
– Add water so as to cook the tomatoes well.
– Add corn, capsicum to the mixture and mix them well.
– Add coriander powder, garam masala to them and mix well.
– Add rice to the corn mixture and bring it together.
– Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot!
