Ingredients
– boiled corn
– chopped onion
– yellow bell pepper
– red bell pepper
– bean sprouts
– bhel puri
– 2 boiled potatoes
– 1 tsp salt
– garlic chutney
– green coriander chuntey
– tamarind chutney
– lemon juice
– coriander leaves
– sev
Method
– Boil the corns and add salt and drain out the water
– In a bowl add corn, onion, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, bean sprouts, crushed bhel puri, potatoes, salt, garlic chutney, green coriander chutney, tamarind chutney and mix well
– Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and sev
– Corn Bhel is ready to be served.
