Chinese Bhel is a widely available Indian street food recipe. Chinese bhel is a Fast food item of Northeast Indian origin. It is a variant of the chop suey. It is also widely popular in Streets of Mumbai. Chinese bhel has a sweet, spicy and tangy taste.
INGREDIENTS:
1tbsp तेल / Oil
1 tsp लेहसुन का पेस्ट / Garlic Paste
1/2 लाल शिमलामिर्च / Red Bell Pepper
1/2 हरा शिमलामिर्च / Green Bell Pepper
1/2 कटोरी गाजर / Carrot
1/2 कटोरी बंदगोभी / Cabbage
2&1/2 टमाटो सॉस / Tomato Sauce
1&1/2 tbsp लाल चिल्ली सॉस / Red Chilli Sauce
1&1/2 tsp विनेगर / Vinegar
1&1/2 tsp सोया सॉस / Spu sauce
2 tbsp मकई ( उबले हुए ) / Corn ( Boiled )
100 grms हक्का नूडल्स ( तले हुए) / Hakka Noodle
1 हरा पियाज / Onion
नमक / Salt
METHOD:
– In a pan heat oil, add garlic paste to it and saute it
– Add red capsicum, green capsicum, carrots, cabbage and mix them well and stir fry them for about 1 – 2 mins
– Meanwhile in a bowl add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and mix everything well
– Add 2 tbsp of boiled corns to the stir-fried vegetables and add all the sauces.
– Mix everything well and let it cook for a minute
– Add fried noodles and toss everything well
– Sprinkle some spring onions and salt to taste and the dish is ready to be served.
