Chilli potatoes has become one of the most liked Chinese recipes. It is easy to make and delicious in taste.So with chef Seema learn how to make Chilli potatoes at home only on Swaad Anusaar.

Ingredients
– 4 potatoes
– salt
– black pepper
– Oil
– 2 1/2 tsp of chopped ginger
– 4-5 green chillies
– 1 cup of spring onions
– 1 capsicum
– 1 tsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp chilli sauce
– 2 tsp tomato ketchup
– greens of spring onions
– coriander leaves

Method
– Cut the potatoes in french fries shape
– Apply salt and black pepper to the potatoes
– Heat some oil in a pan
– Fry the potatoes in the pan
– Once the colour changes, take off the potatoes and keep on absorbent paper
– In other pan heat some oil, add ginger, green chillies, spring onions, capsicum and saute them
– Add salt, black pepper and now add the fried potatoes
– Mix everything properly.
– Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, greens of spring onions and coriander leaves.
– Cook them for few minutes
– Chilli potatoes are ready to be served.
