Well, here is a hack where you can use leftover idli and make tasty chilli idli fry from that. Chilli Idli fry is an interesting Indo-Chinese dish made with Idli. In this recipe fried Idli are tossed with Chinese sauces and served hot in the plate.

Ingredients :
– 4 tbsp Oil / तेल
– 5 Idli / इडली
– Ginger – Garlic (chopped) / अदरक – लहसुन
– Spring Onion / प्याज पत्ता
– Chilli Sauce / चिली सॉस
– Tomato Ketchup /टमाटर सॉस
– Red & Green Bell Pepper
– Soy Sauce / सोया सॉस
– Corn Flour / मक्के का आटा
– Water / पानी
– Vinegar / सिरका
– Black Pepper / काली मिर्च
– Spring Onion Leaves (Chopped)
– Spring Onion For Garnish / प्याज पत्ता
