Ingredients
oil
butter
2 tsp of ginger and garlic paste
2 chopped onions
1.5 kg chicken
2-3 green chillies
salt to taste
1 tbsp of black pepper
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 tsp of coriander powder
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of black pepper
coriander leaves
butter
juice of half a lemon

Method
In a pan heat some oil and butter
Add ginger and garlic paste and cook it properly
Add onions and chicken and stir well and let it cook properly
Add salt and black pepper and stir well and cover it with a lid and let it cook for 15 minutes
Add cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala,black pepper,coriander leaves and butter
Add juice of half a lemon
Chicken Kali Mirch is ready to be served
