Ingredients:-
8-10 Red Chillies / लाल मिर्च
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds / जीरा
1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds / सौंफ
1 Tsp Black Pepper Corns / काली मिर्च
1/2 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds / मेथी
5-6 Cloves / लौंग
7-8 Garlic Cloves / लहसुन
1 1/2 Inch Ginger / अदरक
1/4 Cup Tamarind Water / इमली का पानी
Water / पानी
500 Gms Boneless Chicken / चिकन
1 Cup Curd / दही
Salt / नमक
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder / हल्दी
1 Lemon Juice / नींबू का रस

3 Tbsp Ghee / घी
1 Onion (chopped) / प्याज
Salt / नमक
Jaggery / गुड़
Curry Leaves / करी पत्ते
