6 Eggs
Parsley
Milk
Cheese
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Method
– Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
– Melt the butter in a pan. Once foaming, pour in the eggs. Add cheese slices to it. Add milk to it.
– Add parsley to the mixture.
– Use a wooden spoon to stir occasionally on a low flame, for 4-5 minutes or until almost set.

When the eggs are 50% done, Instead of adding milk or cheese just add cream cheese! That would make eggs even more creamy not watery.
