Bread Masala is a simple recipe made with bread, Onion & Powdered Masala. This recipe is similar to South Indian Bread Upma but with different tempering. One of the quickest, yummiest, and easiest snacks you can make with bread is masala bread.

Ingredients –
(Serves – 2 people)
– 1 tbsp Ghee / घी
– 1 tsp Mustard Seeds / सरसों के बीज
– 1 Onion (Chopped) / प्याज
– 1/2 tsp Asafoetida / हींग
– A sprig of Curry Leaves / करी पत्ता
– 1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste / अदरक और लहसुन का पेस्ट
– Water / पानी
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder / हल्दी पाउडर
– 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर
– 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder / जीरा पाउडर
– 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder / धनिया बीज पाउडर
– Water / पानी
– Salt (as per taste) / नमक
– Bread Croutons / ब्रेड
