Ingredients:
3 tbsp – Sesame oil
3 tbsp – Ginger-garlic paste
3 Slit green chilies
500 gram – Boneless chicken
Salt to taste
1 tbsp – Vinegar
2 tsp – Soy sauce
1tsp – Black pepper powder
2or3 – Spring onions
Basil leaves

Method of preparation:
In a wok, add some oil, ginger – garlic paste and fry it until the rawness disappears.
Add green chilies, boneless chicken and mix them well.
Add salt, vinegar and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
Add soy sauce, black pepper powder, spring onions, and basil leaves
Mix them well.
Our Basil Chicken is ready.
