Panner – 1/4 Cup
Green Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Mint Chutney – 1 1/2 tsp
Cashew Nuts – 1 tbsp
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Salt As Per Taste

For Gravy :
Oil – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves – 2
Green Cardamom – 1
Water
Black Cardamom – 1
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Seed Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Curd – 1/2 cup
Cashew Paste – 1 tbsp
Salt As Per Taste
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream – 1 tbsp

For Garnish :
Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Roasted Cashews
Coriander Leaves
