ठंडाई – Thandai is the most famous drink during Holi festival! Thandai Powder is a recipe where various ingredients are mixed together to make the powder for Thandai. You can mix this powder with cold milk to prepare instant Thandai and enjoy the chill!

Ingredients:
(Serves )
– 30 gms Fennel Seeds
– 50 gms Almonds
– 30 gms Pistachio
– 30 gms Cashew Nuts
– 30 gms Muskmelon Seeds
– 5 gms Black Pepper Corns
– 10-12 Green Cardamom
– Cinnamon Stick
– 1 tbsp Sugar
– Milk (cold)
