Ingredients:-
Oil
½ tsp. Asafoetida
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp. Garlic, finely chopped
1½ tsp. Ginger, finely chopped
2 Green chillies, finely chopped
2 onions, chopped
Salt as per taste
5 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
1 tbsp. Sugar
Coriander leaves, chopped

Method:-
1. In a pan heat oil and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, garlic, ginger, green chillies, onions, salt and cook.
2. Then add the tomatoes, red chilli powder and cook.
3. Now add sugar and add water as required.
4. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
5. Serve and top with the sev.
