Ingredients :
(Serves 2)

For Cooking Spinach:
– 1 1/2 Bundle Spinach
– Cold Water

For Spinach Puree:
– Cooked Spinach
– Spinach Water

– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
– 1 Green chilli (slit)
– 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
– 1 Onion (chopped)

– Chopped Spinach
– Pureed Spinach
– Salt
– 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1 1/2 tsp Coriander Seed Powder

For Tadka:
– 1 1-2 tsp Ghee
– 1 tsp Garlic
– 1 Dried Red Chilli
