रसीले दही वाले आलू – Dahi Aloo Recipe in Hindi – Punjabi Dahi Wale Aloo – Seema Gadh

Ingredients:
Oil
Bay Leaf
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon Kalonji
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 dry Chilies
3/4 spoon fenugreek seed powder
Curry leaves
1 1/2 tbsp ginger-chili paste
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder
Boiled, mashed potatoes
1 glass Buttermilk
Coriander to garnish

Method of preparation:
Heat a wok, add oil, bay leaf, asafoetida, mustard seeds, Kalonji, cumin seeds, dry chilies, fenugreek powder, curry leaves, ginger-chili paste. Saute them nicely.
Add salt, turmeric powder and mix them well.
After all the masalas are sauteed add mashed potatoes and mix them well.
Add buttermilk to the potato mixture and stir them well so that the masala gets mixed with the buttermilk.
Cook the gravy on flow flame for 10 minutes.
Garnish it with coriander and your Dahi Wale Aloo is ready to be served.
