Ingredients:-
250 gms. Mawa
½ cup Powdered sugar
½ tsp. Cardamom powder
2 tsp. Pistachios, finely chopped
2 tsp. Cashews, ground

Method:-
1. Roast the mawa on a medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate and let it cool down to room temperature.
2. Now add sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
3. Grind this mixture in a grinder until smooth.
4. Now add pistachios, cashews and form a ball shape.
5. Fill the dough in the modak mould and for modak shapes.
