Ingredients:-
For the dough:-
1 cup Wheat Flour
1 tbsp. Gram Flour (Besan)
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
1 tsp. Coriander powder
1 tsp. Carom seeds
½ tsp. Turmeric seeds
¼ tsp. Asafoetida
Salt, to taste
1½ tsp. Oil
Oil for frying
Method:-
1. Mix all the dough ingredients together with water and form a dough.
2. Make puris of the dough as shown in the video.
3. Prick the puris with a fork and deep fry them in oil.
Spicy Masala Puri is ready to eat!
