Ingredients:
Mixture for Dal
1/2 cup Petite Yellow Lentils
1/4 cup Yellow Split Peas
2 tsp Water
Ginger (chopped & crushed)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida
Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Coriander Seeds (roasted)
1 Onion (chopped)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
3 tbsp Rice Flour
Salt
2 tsp Hot Oil
Oil
Method: Let’s start with preparing the Mixture for Dal, for which add Petite Yellow Lentil in the mixture jar with Yellow Split Peas, then grind it together properly without water.
After grinding add Water and take it out in the Bowl. Next, add Ginger (chopped & crushed), Curry Leaves, Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds (roasted), Onion (chopped), Coriander Leaves (chopped), Rice Flour, Salt (as per the taste). Now, mix it all together properly then add Hot Oil and mix it all again. Next, beat the mixture for 5 minutes with hand (as shown in the video) then fry the fritters into hot Oil. Now your Dal Vade is ready to serve.
