Ingredients:-
Salt
Oil
Maida

For the Batter:-
165 gms. Butter
165 gms. Sugar
3 Eggs
165 gms. Maida
1 tsp. Baking Powder
¼ tsp. Baking Soda
1 tbsp. Cardamom Powder
2-3 tbsp. Milk

Method:-
1. Take off the whistle and the rubber gasket of the pressure cooker.
2. Add salt to the pressure cooker and let it heat on a low flame.
3. Grease a cake tin with oil and sprinkle maida on it and let it stick to the tin properly.
4. In a bowl whip butter and sugar together and add eggs one by one.
5. In another bowl mix maida, baking powder, baking soda and cardamom powder together.
6. Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones slowly.
7. Add milk and whip the mixture thoroughly.
8. Pour the batter in the cake tin and keep it in the pressure cooker.
9. Pressure cook the cake on a high flame for 5 minutes and then on low flame for 45 minutes.
10. Once the cake is ready let it cool down to room temperature and then cut it out of the tin.
