Paneer Makhani is a Punjabi dish made with paneer, tomatoes, cashews, spices & cream. It has a mild sweet taste and pairs beautifully with roti and rice. Creamy Restaurant style Paneer Butter Masala is easy to make and delicious in taste.
Ingredients:
1 Onion (chopped) / प्याज
2 tbsp Oil / तेल
Butter / मक्खन
2-3 Green Cardamom / हरी इलायची
Cinnamon Stick / दालचीनी
3 Tomatoes (chopped) / टमाटर
5-6 Garlic Cloves / लहसुन
2 Handful Cashew Nuts / काजू
2 Handful Muskmelon Seeds / खरबूजे के बीज
2 Green Chillies (slit) / हरी मिर्च
Water
2 tbsp Oil / तेल
Butter / मक्खन
Dry Fenugreek Leaves / कसूरी मेथी
Deggi Mirch Powder / देगी मिर्च पावडर
Khoya / खोया
1/2 Cup Cream / मलाई
Honey / शहद
Cinnamon Powder / दालचीनी पाउडर
Salt / नमक

No one can eat properly with roti & naan ! Approx 70 gram butter use kiya hai aapne Jisne already dish ko rich & heavy ker Diya hai !
For the sweetness 2 T-spoon honey daal Diya hai aapne, jo already jyada hai. Khoya daal k spices or b light ho gaye honge & gravy or jyada mithhi ho gayi. Any outsider taste karega then they will not like your dish ! 2nd thing cinnamon power aapne last mein daal Diya uska excess flavour aayega jo taste kharaab karega already light flavour k liye cinnamon stick starting mein daal di hai that was enough ! Waise to food is art & sab ka apna style hai but you can’t change basis concepts ! Sliced chopped ker k aap keh rahe hai ruffly chopped karna hai ! You are in front of camera you should take care what you are saying & doing ! Meri personal opinion yahi hai k dish aachii nahi bani ! You need improve many things including your way of cooking
