Ingredients:-
Ghee for frying
½ cup Gaund
2 cups Makhana
1 cup Almonds
½ cup Dry coconut
1 cup Dried Dates
1 cup Charmagaz (A combination of Almond seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Cantaloupe Seeds and Water melon seeds)
½ cup Almond flakes
2-3 tsp. Cumin seeds
2 tsp. Carom seeds
1 cup Wheat flour
1 cup Semolina
2 tbsp. Poppy seeds
2 tbsp. Ginger powder
½ cup Raisins
1 cup Powdered sugar

Method:-
1. In a kadhai melt ghee and fry gaund in it on a medium flame until golden brown.
2. Now fry the Makhana, almonds, dried coconut, dried dates, charmagaz and almond flakes SEPARATELY in the ghee.
3. In the same ghee add cumin seeds, carom seeds, wheat flour and roast on a low flame until fragrant.
4. Add semolina, poppy seeds and mix well.
5. Grind the fried Makhana and Gaund separately and add them to the mixture and mix well.
6. Then add the fried almonds and fried coconut to this and turn the flame off.
7. Now add the charmagaz, dried dates, almond flakes, ginger powder, raisins and mix thoroughly.
8. Let this cool down for 15 minutes and add powdered sugar and mix well.

Diwali Special Panjiri is ready to eat!!
