Ingredients:-
¾ cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
½ cup Wheat flour
1/8 cup Semolina
1 tbsp. Gram flour (Besan)
5½ tbsp. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Cardamom powder
75- 125 ml. Melted ghee (add more if required)
Pistachios, chopped
Method:-
1. In a bowl sieve maida, wheat flour, semolina and add gram flour, powdered sugar, salt, baking powder, ghee and mix it well using a whisk.
2. Make a dough and shape it in form of Nankhatai and place on a baking tray.
3. Top with pistachios and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
Nankhatai is ready to eat.
