Ingredients :

1 Kg Kohlrabi / गाठ गोबी
3 tbsp Mustard Oil / सरसों का तेल
1/2 tsp Asafoetida / हींग
3-4 Green Chilies / हरी मिर्च
1 Kashmiri Red Chlli / कश्मीरी लाल छल्ली
Water / पानी
Salt / नमक
2-3 Cup Water
1 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder / सौंफ़ पाउडर
