Ingredients
– 1 ltr milk
– 1 handful of Rice
– 5tbsp Sugar
– 1/2 ltr milk
– raisins
– soaked almonds
– crushed cardamom
Method
– In a pan boil milk and add a handful of soaked rice and keep stirring
– Add sugar to the kheer and keep stirring continuously
– when it becomes thick add more milk to it.
– Keep stirring the kheer and add raisins, soaked almonds, crushed cardamom
Rice Kheer is ready to be served!
