Ingredients:-
2 cups Sweet corn kernels, boiled
4 tbsp. Cornflour
½ tsp. Cumin powder
½ tsp. Chaat masala
½ tsp. Red chilli powder
¼ cup Spring onion greens, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Salt
4 tbsp. Oil
½ small onion, finely chopped
¼ cup Nylon sev

Method:-
1. Bring a pot of water to the boil and boil the corn kernels for a couple of minutes until they are bright yellow.
2. Drain the water and set aside to dry.
3. Add the boiled corn to a bowl and season with salt.
4. Then add the cornflour and mix well.
5. In a pan, heat up the oil and fry the corn until nice and crispy.
6. Drain excess oil on paper towels, and transfer to a large bowl.
7. Add onion, spring onion greens, lemon juice, cumin powder, chaat masala, and red chilli powder and mix well.
8. Garnish with nylon sev and serve!
